I've lived here for 4.5 years and have no bad complaints or experiences to talk about. Have never had a problem with management or maintenance issues to speak of. The few maintenance issues I've had were handled promptly.

I have lived at Hampton Greens for 10 years and overall, it is a good place to live. The current manager is excellent and will always address any concerns you have and take care of them. The maintenance men are awesome and any maintenance issues are quickly fixed.
